1. Acceptance of Terms

C9 Labs is the product innovation and incubation initiative of Cre8sphere Digital Media LLP. Products are owned and operated by Cre8sphere Digital Media LLP. By accessing or using our website and digital products (including Frame, Sattva, Typra, Tint, Spendly, and Antarmind), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand properties, design systems, application layouts, custom illustrations, icons, source codes, logos, trademarks, and educational documentation associated with C9 Labs and our applications are the exclusive intellectual property of Cre8sphere Digital Media LLP. You may not distribute, clone, copy, reverse engineer, or modify any portion of our software without prior written authorization.

3. User-Generated Data & Responsibilities

Because our software operates primarily on a local-first basis, you are the sole custodian of your own files, log entries, write-ups, configurations, and ledger statistics. Cre8sphere Digital Media LLP does not run cloud database mirrors or server-side backups of your local data caches. We are not responsible for any loss of user data resulting from device failure, clearing browser histories, app updates, or system resets. We recommend manually exporting backups of critical drafts where utility tools allow.

4. Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use C9 Labs products only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Using applications to distribute spam, malware, or coordinate cyber attacks.
• Interfering with the website's visual styling or running scraper scripts to drain server bandwidth.
• Claiming ownership of C9 Labs assets or misrepresenting our products as your own.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All C9 Labs websites, experimental sandboxes (Labs), concepts, and consumer applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Cre8sphere Digital Media LLP does not warrant that app updates will be completely error-free or that access will remain completely uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cre8sphere Digital Media LLP, its partners, and founders shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or operational disruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
